1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clip Counter ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Clip Counter is a nutrition tracking application that uses AI-powered analysis to help you log meals and track calories and macronutrients. The app allows you to record videos of food, describe meals via text, or manually enter nutritional information.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Clip Counter. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Clip Counter Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. AI-Powered Nutrition Estimates

Important: Nutritional information provided by Clip Counter is generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered an estimate only. These estimates may not be fully accurate. Clip Counter is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for specific nutritional guidance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Clip Counter, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Clip Counter and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clip Counter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional estimates will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip Counter and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on the app's nutritional estimates.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
